Volcanic granite is super-heated to 400 oC. in our purpose-built Stonegrill oven.  Your meal is tastefully presented on a protective ceramic serving tray, with your choice of side vegetables, salads and sauces.  You cook our top quality meats, fish and poultry to your preferred taste and tenderness.

This unique “dry cooking” method uses no added fats or oils and sears the food without burning.  This locks in the natural juices and nutrients of your meal and enhances the full flavour and tenderness of all foods.  It ensures a clean, and completely natural food flavour, not achievable with conventional cooking methods.
