The Dining Room

The White Swan Dining Room features a massive open fireplace and a relaxed atmosphere. Casual diners and hotel guests can choose from a superb menu that includes light meals, traditional à la carte dining along with the ever popular Stonegrill options.

All the menu’s are designed by multi-award winning Chef – Shannon Katipa. He’s won the Waikato Chef of the Year two years in a row, appeared on TVNZ’s Breakfast Show as well as The Monteith’s Wild Food TV series, placed runner up in this year’s NZ Chef of the Year & won numerous other prestigious awards. Needless to say the food at The Swan is exceptional.
